LoLo, short for Locals Supporting Locals, is a relationship retention tool designed to create consistent, meaningful touchpoints with your network through our Local Gift of the Month program.

We know that buyers and sellers are more likely to use or refer an agent they’ve had good experiences with, so we make it easy for you to stay top-of-mind (while supporting local businesses!) through our automated, easy-to-use tool.

TYPES OF GIFTS

We partner with local, independent businesses in your area, no franchises or chains. The average value of gifts that we curate every month is between $8-12. We ask our to pick a specific item or a combination of items to feature for the monthly gift; so these aren't discounts or 10% off coupons, they are actual items of value selected by the vendor. The best part? If a recipient goes out and uses a gift, LoLo takes care of reimbursing the local business at full cost.
