WHAT IS LOLO?

LoLo, short for Locals Supporting Locals, is a relationship retention tool designed to create consistent, meaningful touchpoints with your network through our Local Gift of the Month program. We know that buyers and sellers are more likely to use or refer an agent they’ve had good experiences with, so we make it easy for you to stay top-of-mind (while supporting local businesses!) through our automated, easy-to-use tool.

The Local Gift of the Month Program allows you to:

HOW DO I USE LOLO?

Thanks to our partnership with Navi Title, you’re all set to send 12 months of gifts — on them! The gifts are digital and will be sent via email and/or text message.

There's no action required on your part to get started — the contacts Navi Title shared have been added to your account. You'll receive notifications each month when gifts are being prepped and when they're ready in your account. If you'd like to make any customizations to the message that goes out to your contacts each month, you may log in and do so when you receive the notice.

 

Gift information

TYPES OF GIFTS

We partner with local, independent businesses in your area, no franchises or chains. The average value of gifts that we curate every month is between $8-12. We ask our to pick a specific item or a combination of items to feature for the monthly gift; so these aren't discounts or 10% off coupons, they are actual items of value selected by the vendor. The best part? If a recipient goes out and uses a gift, LoLo takes care of reimbursing the local business at full cost.

 


GIFT DELIVERY TIMING

Gifts for your area will be released into your account for review on the 3rd Monday of every month.

You will receive a notification email one week prior to gift campaigns and a second notification email when gifts are released into your account and ready for review.

 

GIFT DELIVERY PREP

  • After the gift releases into your account, you'll have a 48-hour window to edit recipients, customize the gift message, or skip the gift before it automatically delivers to your contacts.

  • Gifts automatically send out 2 days later.

 

NOTIFY YOUR RECIPIENTS

We recommend notifying any new recipients that they'll start receiving monthly gifts. This helps the recipients know to expect communication and that the gift isn't spam or too good to be true!

Subscribers have seen a dramatic increase in engagement when contacts know to expect the gift email/text.

  • You can start tracking engagement inside your LoLo dashboard after the first gift sends.

  • Average engagement score is around 70%, which is helpful to keep in mind because redemption rates are usually lower.
